She ran away to join the circus. And then she ran away to join the film biz.

Synopsis

The new millennium found KT! leaping aboard a circus train bound for adventure on the rails.  After a stint on the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus pyrotechnic and lighting crew, she hopped off the train and made her way to the Rocky Mountains.

Armed with a pyro license, a multi-tool, and stories about life with the circus, KT! landed a job at a Denver-based special effects company. Many explosions, blizzards, and goblins later, she transitioned into the camera department, expanding her responsibilities to encompass greater & greater pieces of the filmmaking pie.

Now as producer and cinematographer, KT!'s left and right brains are both happily immersed.  Combining 20 years of industry experience with her intuition, curiosity, and attention to detail, KT! brings her positive, solution-oriented approach to each film and each collaboration.

Her heart now calls Virginia's Shenandoah Valley "home", though it still leaps to the sound of a train or the call to adventure.
